Cotton Belt Diesels 6x6 Tin Sign
6in x 6in x .025 metal with four 1/8in mounting holes. Three color schemes used on diesels by the St Louis Southwestern Railroad, the Cotton Belt are emblazoned on this 6 in x 6 in tin sign, along with the Cotton Belt Logo and Blue Streak image. SL-SW began as a 3 foot gauge Tyler Tap RR in 1877. Southern Pacific acquired control of the Cotton Belt in 1932 and became part of the vast Union Pacific Railroad in 1996.
